Website & Service Terms

Quotes and estimates

Photo-based quotes are based on visible damage and the information available at the time. Final pricing or repair recommendations may change if additional damage or conditions become apparent before or during service.

Cosmetic repair

Wheel Cosmetics primarily provides cosmetic wheel services. Repair results can vary depending on the wheel finish, prior repairs, age, corrosion, depth of damage and surrounding condition. Exact factory color, texture or finish matching cannot always be guaranteed.

Structural damage

Bent, cracked or otherwise structural wheel damage may require a different repair process or referral to a repair partner. Cosmetic service does not represent a structural or safety certification of a wheel.

Appointments

Mobile service is by appointment. Appointment availability, service area and timing may vary. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the vehicle and a suitable location for mobile service. Weather, parking conditions or site restrictions may require rescheduling.

Payments

Payment terms are communicated with the quote or appointment and are due as agreed. Any deposit, cancellation or special-order terms will be disclosed before payment is collected.

Website content

Website photographs and examples are provided to illustrate typical services and results. They do not guarantee that every wheel or type of damage can be repaired in the same way.
